About Me

Kath joined Critchleys as a Charity Consultant in December 2009 following 23 years at Mazars where she was an external audit and advisory partner specializing in the charity sector. She is an FCA, holds the DChA qualification and the IIA Internal Audit Certificate. Kath works closely with the Critchleys charity team advising clients on issues such as strategic planning, governance, controls, risk and assurance as well as running tailored training sessions when required. Kath is also the director of grant making trust and a member of the committee of the Charity and Voluntary Sector Group at the ICAEW. From 2008 to 2014, Kath was a trustee of an international AIDS charity and an independent member of the Audit Committee of a large national disability charity. She still works as a volunteer with 2 disability and family carer charities in Oxfordshire. In her spare time, Kath enjoys hill walking providing it is followed by good food and wine.
